Death case pits Texas against Bush

The US Supreme Court heard arguments yesterday on a case that may decide whether Texas or the World Court gets to decide Texas Law. This has the potential for some kind of scary outcome. The portrayal of the case in the press has focused on Texas and President Bush being on opposite sides of the issue.

I’m against Capitol Punishment. But I’m much more against the President of the United States interfering in Texas’ bidness, regardless of who he is. And I’m absolutely outraged that the World Court would even be considered to determine Texas Law.
